Description |
For individuals If your circumstances are straightforward and your estate is likely to be valued below £300,000 you may only need a basic will.

For couples We can offer couples the opportunity to draft mirror wills where they both have the same ideas about how their estates should be dealt with.

More complex needs If your estate is likely to be valued over £300,000 you may wish to consider a non-standard will to minimize the amount of Inheritance Tax paid on your estate. You may also have care needs which are not straightforward and may require a Lasting Power of Attorney to enable those that care for you to organize your affairs and to advocate for you in your best interests. If your affairs are particularly complex you may require Trusts to be set up to manage your affairs |
